I can offer basic email or telephone support from 1 hour per month, to remote server management and on-site callout from 4 - 24 hours.
My aim is to provide friendly and easily accessible technical support for home IT enthusiast, self-employed individuals and companies that don't need a full-time IT person, but want the reassurance of an expert being just a phonecall away.
Web design and image support
i also provide website design and website maintenance services, whether you want a small or large website put together, or you have an existing site that needs updating or maintaining. What I don't do
I focus entirely on PCs and PC products, so am unable to offer Mac support, beyond simple networking onto an existing PC network.
